LAB have also built in logic to pre-populate W-8BEN forms for foreign investments.
• LAB Verify – Automated identity verification, document verification, PEP/sanctions screening, SMSF compliance checks, and corporate data verification via ABR and ASIC integrations.
• LAB Portal – Centralised case management workspace for advisers, operations, and compliance teams to manage workflows, handle exceptions, and maintain audit trails.
• Integration readiness – AML policy and process alignment, including API connectivity readiness into downstream wealth management platforms and CRM systems.
