Key capabilities include:

• ASIC data pre-population: drawing directly from registry records to pre-fill company officer information and entity details, reducing errors and cutting completion time significantly.
• ABN and superfund verification: automatically validating SMSF details against authoritative government data sources.
• Configurable risk assessment and scoring: applying AML/CTF-aligned rules appropriate to each entity type and automatically triggering enhanced due diligence where required.
• CRS and FATCA compliance workflows: embedding cross-border tax reporting obligations into the onboarding journey without adding friction for the applicant.

LAB Verify handles the verification layer, confirming the identity of each individual stakeholder, from directors and trustees to beneficial owners and appointors. Through a multi-source orchestration engine, LAB Verify automates electronic identity verification to Safe Harbour standard via the Document Verification Service (DVS), and runs real-time AML screening for PEPs, sanctions, and adverse media across all parties.
